Job Summary
The Fulfillment Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of orders and supplies within a fast-paced healthcare environment. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end fulfillment process, including receiving, verifying, assembling, and distributing materials to support operational efficiency and service delivery. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to quality and safety standards, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to ensure seamless fulfillment operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and verify incoming supply orders and inventory shipments for accuracy and condition
  • Assemble, package, and prepare materials according to operational requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, order status, and fulfillment activities using tracking systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize and expedite urgent orders
  • Perform routine quality checks to ensure all materials meet safety and operational standards
  • Assist with inventory audits and report discrepancies or supply issues
  • Adhere to all safety, compliance, and confidentiality protocols

What We Require

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in fulfillment, warehouse, inventory, or healthcare-related environments
  • Basic knowledge of inventory systems and electronic record-keeping
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift and move materials as required in a warehouse or fulfillment setting

Preferred Requirement

  • Experience in healthcare, medical supply, or regulated environments
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and safety protocols
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working in a distribution center, pharmacy, or clinical setting
