MedMan (Medical Management, Inc.) is seeking an experienced operational leader with a track record of success in physician-owned medical practices. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can shift priorities with confidence, and brings structure, clarity, and accountability to daily operations.

This role requires both disciplined operational leadership and a strong relational presence. The ideal candidate will not only drive execution and performance but also serve as a visible, engaged leader who builds trust, fosters collaboration, and strengthens team cohesion.

We are hiring a full-time Administrator to lead a high-performing, independently owned medical practice in Anchorage, Alaska. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining strong financial performance, and supporting providers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinic operations with focus and pace
• Establish clear accountability structures and ensure initiatives are completed
• Manage and execute operational projects and process improvements
• Supervise, develop, and hold staff accountable
• Serve as a visible and engaged leader within the clinic
• Strengthen collaboration between clinical and administrative teams
• Ensure policies, workflows, and systems are followed consistently
• Monitor key operational and financial indicators
• Translate practice priorities into measurable action
• Oversee employee benefits and retirement plan administration
• Collaborate with MedMan’s Client Services Delivery Team to support the practice

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience, ideally within a physician-owned medical practice
• Strong operational and project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to create follow-through, drive execution, and reduce turnover
• Natural leadership presence with strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence
• Ability to prioritize and pivot when necessary
• High attention to detail without getting stuck in over-analysis
• Experience managing HR operations, benefits, and retirement plans
• Working knowledge of healthcare financial performance and KPIs
• Experience with regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHRs
