This position offers a dynamic mix of warehouse operations, parts delivery driving (company vehicle provided), material handling, and field support for HVAC technicians. • Warehouse Inventory Management

  • Organize and maintain HVAC parts, tools, and equipment inventory

  • Receive, inspect, stock, and label incoming shipments

  • Track materials and maintain accurate inventory counts

  • Stage materials and equipment for upcoming HVAC installations

  • Keep warehouse clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant

  • Prepare job materials for technicians to ensure efficient daily dispatch

• Parts Runner / Delivery Driver

  • Drive company vehicle to pick up and deliver HVAC parts and equipment

  • Transport materials to job sites and technicians throughout St. Louis County

  • Ensure timely, accurate deliveries to maintain project schedules

  • Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment

  • Maintain a clean driving record and safe driving practices

• Warehouse & Field Support

  • Lift, move, and transport materials (50+ lbs as needed)

  • Assist with shop tasks and general labor

  • Provide on-site labor support for installation and service teams as needed

  • Support operations staff to help keep projects on track

• Valid drivers license with clean driving record (required)

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in warehouse, delivery, or construction support roles preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Comfortable performing physical labor in a warehouse and outdoor jobsite environment

• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation

• HVAC industry experience

• Construction warehouse or materials handling experience

• Familiarity with HVAC parts and equipment

• Delivery driving experience

• Inventory management systems experience

• $19 $24 per hour (based on experience)
