Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure they are satisfied with the team's overall performance and operational experience.
• Monitor the performance of concierge services and initiate corrective action when needed.
• Maintain product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints. Initiate corrective action.
• Establish and maintain a proactive human resource function to ensure staff motivation, training, and development.
• Develop new programs that increase client satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Manage compliance with established company policies and procedures and local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Reward employees who meet or exceed client expectations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Skills:

• Computer skills include word processing, spreadsheet, and familiarity with specific property Management Systems.
• Ability to exercise excellent communication, presentation, organization, time management, and listening skills.
• Ability to successfully interact with all levels of customers and management.

Job Qualifications

• Experience in a comparable Residential Building or the Hospitality industry.
• 5 years of operations experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Multi-unit experience preferred.
• Possess a valid drivers license and be able to drive to properties.
