Position Overview:
This role offers the opportunity to manage financial accounting functions for a portfolio of single-tenant industrial properties directly for the ownership group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform bank account reconciliations and initiate transfers/wires for payments.

  • Prepare monthly property accruals, amortization schedules, reports, and supporting schedules.

  • Complete year-end accruals and management fee calculations.

  • Review and maintain multiple general ledgers across 25+ assets.

  • Collaborate with property management teams on financial matters.

  • On-board new property assignments and certify rent rolls.

  • Ensure timely posting of rent payments.

  • Support portfolio finance teams with requests and inquiries.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Property Accountant.

  • Proficiency with MRI or Yardi accounting systems.

  • Strong knowledge of accruals, amortization, and general ledger review.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.

  • Real estate property management experience preferred.

  • Team-oriented mindset.
