About the Role

Within Agency Revolution, Project Managers are responsible for implementing two products: Fuse and Forge. You’re responsible for coordinating all aspects of each Forge and Fuse project–from kick-off to launch. Client coordination, setting expectations, and ensuring projects are progressing as expected are core responsibilities, as is coordinating with our Implementation and Integration Specialists to ensure our products look great and reflect the clients’ businesses.

Compensation This position offers $45,000-$47,000 based on experience and skills. Primary Responsibilities & Expectations
  • Exceptional communication is critical, as is ensuring that the right people are doing the right thing at the right time. Ultimately, your job is to deliver the highest quality communication to our clients as we continue to expand.
  • Proactively communicate with clients and internal team via phone, email, and web meetings to ensure expectations are being met and exceeded.
  • Work through pre-established checklists and project workflows to ensure all steps are being completed successfully.
  • Work closely with the Onboarding Team to ensure the Forge or Fuse product accomplishes client goals.
  • Coordinate necessary resources among the Onboarding Team to ensure work is completed on time for our clients.
  • Conduct web meetings with clients and internal teams, as well as regular phone calls and email communications with our clients.
  • Participate in individual and team meetings to review the status of projects and other activities.
  • Access to a private & secure workspace, free from distractions
  • Accessible during the assigned work schedule for regular duties and responsibilities as outlined by the supervisor
  • An internet connection with speeds of 5 Megabits down / 3 Megabits up (5mbps/3mbps)
Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Marketing agency and/or experience working with clients.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities with grace.
  • Self-motivated and able to function both independently and within a team structure.
  • Ability to manage expectations, set schedules, and ensure deliverables are on track as agreed to.
  • Comfortable brainstorming and offering creative solutions to challenges big and small.
  • Critical thinking skills to problem solve and able to field questions and challenges as they happen.
  • Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to learn our processes and systems with an open mind.
  • Confident in communicating with clients over the phone and via email regularly.
  • Demonstrates strong time management and self-discipline to adhere to schedules and maintain productivity in a remote work environment.
