Key Responsibilities

Consultative Approach
Ask questions, listen carefully, and present options so customers can make confident decisions.

Personalized Communication
Respond promptly to inquiries and send short video introductions or walkarounds when appropriate.

Customer Journey Management
Coordinate test drives, assist with trade-in evaluations, explain financing options, and ensure a smooth experience from first contact to delivery.

Technology & Process
Use CRM tools to document communication, manage follow-up, and maintain organized records.

Relationship Building
Maintain post-sale communication, encourage referrals, and represent Palm Springs Kia professionally within the community.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred but not required; training provided
• Automotive experience helpful but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable recording and sending short videos
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
