About the Role:

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support daily accounting processes across various client accounts. You will work with QuickBooks, document organization in Microsoft Teams, and accounting workflows integrated with field service platforms.

Ideal for someone self-motivated, responsible, and with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete bookkeeping in QuickBooks

File organization in Microsoft Teams

Integration with service platforms such as ServiceTitan

Proactive document management and reconciliations

Support with accounting tasks (A/P, A/R), coding, and monthly accounting structure

Main Requirements:

23+ years of bookkeeping experience

Proficiency in QuickBooks (essential)

Plus: Experience with ServiceTitan or similar platforms

Strong Excel skills and fluency in Microsoft Teams

C1/Advanced English required
