Job Overview:

• Company: Able Concrete Raising & Pouring.

• Salary/Pay Rate: $30 to $35 per hour plus Year-End Bonus.

• Location: Field Operations - Eagan, MN (Travel Required).

• Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday.

• Project Scope: Concrete / Masonry / Coatings (Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Government).

• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Execute high-quality concrete finishing for residential, commercial, and industrial applications to ensure long-lasting results.

• Coordinate on-site material handling and finishing techniques to meet strict project specifications and aesthetic standards.

• Maintain a rigorous work ethic to complete projects within established timelines while upholding company quality benchmarks.

• Collaborate with the field operations team to troubleshoot real-time site challenges and ensure structural integrity.

• Mentor junior crew members on advanced masonry techniques and finishing tools to improve overall team efficiency.

• Organize daily tasks and equipment to ensure a clean, safe, and productive work environment at every job site.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Extensive experience in concrete finishing with a high degree of technical proficiency.

• Proven track record of honesty, reliability, and a strong professional work ethic in the field.

• Ability to travel to various project locations as required by the seasonal schedule.

• Exceptional attention to detail regarding surface textures, leveling, and joint placement.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Approximately 10 years of professional experience in concrete or masonry construction.

• Demonstrated knowledge of specialized residential and industrial concrete raising techniques.

• Previous experience working on government or federal infrastructure projects.
