We are seeking an accomplished Sales Director to lead and expand business development efforts in North America within the mobile advertising sector. This role is responsible for driving new revenue, managing the full sales cycle, and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your industry expertise to identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and represent the organization at industry events. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, has a strong network in AdTech, and demonstrates a track record of exceeding sales targets. This position offers the opportunity to influence strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute directly to the growth of a leading mobile programmatic platform.
Accountabilities:- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
- Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Revenue Operations, and global Sales teams to align strategies and deliver results
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth in the North American market
- Track and analyze sales performance, providing insights and feedback to refine strategies and optimize results
- Act as a problem-solver to overcome challenges and strengthen the companys brand in the marketplace
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record exceeding quota in SaaS, media, or AdTech
- Deep understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem, particularly programmatic advertising
- Strong network of advertisers, agencies, and industry contacts
- Experience managing pipelines, complex contracts, and negotiating deals effectively
- Ability to develop senior-level relationships quickly and maintain ongoing strategic engagement
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate pricing, performance, and ROI metrics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Technical background (engineering, math, science) is a plus
- Spanish language skills are an advantage but not required
- Comfortable with travel (~20%) for industry events and client meetings
