Lead Project Manager - Remote
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will manage multiple projects within a Cybersecurity organization, ensuring that they are executed according to best practices and client standards. Your expertise will directly contribute to the success of our clients by facilitating the planning, monitoring, and completion of key initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes and deliverables while leveraging your deep knowledge of project management tools and methodologies. Your impact will be felt across the organization as you help bridge the gap between technology and operational excellence.
Accountabilities- Learn and use internal systems as required (ServiceNow PPM, AS9, SailPoint).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources needed.
- Create and maintain Stakeholder Register and Analysis Document.
- Ensure stakeholder review and buy-in of intermediate and final project deliverables.
- Create Project Plan using Microsoft Project (P6 acceptable) that includes tasks, duration, predecessors and successors, and resources.
- Monitor activities daily related to the project, including subcontractor monitoring.
- Create, manage, and distribute project artifacts like charters, schedules, status, and risks.
- Plan and lead status review meetings, which may include internal team members, vendors, and businesses.
- Create Organization Change Management plan and execute it.
- Communicate routinely to management, businesses, project team members, and other stakeholders, actively soliciting and addressing project team feedback.
- Establish key project metrics.
- Manage Risk register and mitigations.
- Coordinate and drive resolutions of technical and operational issues.
- Ensure change management processes are followed.
- At least five years of project management experience with demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
