You will be responsible for defining scalable operational playbooks, supporting expansion into new regions or verticals, and enhancing overall marketplace performance. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a structured mindset, and experience managing cross-functional projects in dynamic, high-growth environments. You will have autonomy to make impactful decisions while collaborating with teams across Europe in a remote-first setup. With periodic in-person meetups, you will also contribute to fostering a strong team culture and continuous operational improvement.
