About the Role:

The Client Support role within the manufacturing industry is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for our diverse client base across the United States. This position focuses on acting as the primary liaison between clients and the company, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating smooth communication to support manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to coordinate order processing, troubleshoot product concerns, and provide timely updates to clients. By maintaining strong relationships and understanding client needs, this role contributes directly to customer retention and the overall reputation of the company. Ultimately, the Client Support professional will drive client success by delivering responsive, knowledgeable, and empathetic service that aligns with the company’s operational goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in client support, customer service, or a related role, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client requests efficiently and maintain attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of production processes and terminology.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Bilingual abilities, especially Spanish-English, to support a diverse client base.
  • Certification in customer service or client relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to resolve client issues related to orders, deliveries, and product specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company’s CRM system.
  • Provide clients with updates on order status, shipment tracking, and any potential delays or changes.
  • Identify recurring client concerns and collaborate with internal departments to implement process improvements.
  • Assist in preparing client reports and documentation as needed to support account management and sales teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations while handling sensitive client information.

Skills:
