- Setup and Breakdown: Responsible for setting up and dismantling event equipment such as stages, tents, chairs, tables, and decorations according to the event planner's specifications
- Coordinating with event manager to understand event details and requirements

- Ensuring all setup tasks are completed on time and to the specifications of the event planner or client
- Inspecting equipment and furniture for damage before and after use, and reporting any damage as necessary
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment before, during, and after the event
- Assisting in loading and unloading event materials and equipment
