Secret cleared Automation Test Engineer at Latitude Inc – Scottsdale, Arizona

Our client, a government contractor supporting mission-critical defense programs, is seeking a Test Engineer to join their team in the Scottsdale area. This position will support engineering teams responsible for testing and validating advanced systems used by U.S. defense and national security customers.

This role begins as a 3-month+ contract engagement with strong potential for extension or conversion to a full-time, salaried position based on performance and program needs. The organization has a track record of retaining contractors long-term, with several team members working on extended engagements of 12 months or longer.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and executing test plans, troubleshooting system issues, and documenting results in a structured engineering environment. An active U.S. DoD Secret clearance is preferred, but candidates who are eligible and willing to obtain a clearance will also be considered. This is a great opportunity to contribute to impactful defense programs while gaining long-term stability within a growing engineering team.
