  • Define and maintain global standards, templates, readiness models, and governance mechanisms
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance routines to assess framework effectiveness
  • Shape the end-to-end operating model for launches and variations from Phase 3 readiness through commercial lifecycle management
  • Act as a strategic bridge across Supply Chain, Technical Operations, Regulatory, Quality, Commercial, and regional teams to ensure alignment
  • Enable regional teams through playbooks, tools, and process guidance, resolving escalations and supporting global timelines
  • Communicate framework updates, risks, and performance metrics to leadership and governance bodies
  • Champion frameworks through transformation initiatives, digital enablement efforts, and capability-building programs
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in biopharma supply chain, Technical Operations, Regulatory, or related areas
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading product launches, lifecycle variations, or commercialization projects
  • Strong understanding of global commercialization processes, regulatory variation pathways, and operational readiness
  • Proven ability to influence, align, and lead cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed environments
  • Experience designing or governing enterprise-level frameworks or operating models
  • Exposure to global expansions, market entries, or complex product introductions
  • Continuous improvement or Lean/Six Sigma experience; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package
  • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage
  • Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • Fully remote work flexibility within the United States
  • Opportunities for professional development, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership growth
