Trademark Contractors LLC is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager Commercial Construction to help expand our footprint in the commercial construction market. This dynamic, hybrid position combines time on the road, in the office, and from your home office. Youll visit job sites and client offices, build strong relationships with General Contractors and developers, and play a key role in helping Trademark secure more projects. Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively develop and maintain relationships with General Contractors, builders, and developers.

  • Represent Trademark Contractors in client meetings, job site visits, and industry events.

  • Travel across the East Coast (FL to NJ/PA) to generate leads and identify bidding opportunities.

  • Promote our drywall, metal framing, and insulation services to target clients in tenant build-outs, new construction, and commercial renovation.

  • Identify and secure new project leads for Trademark to bid on.

  • Serve as the bridge between Trademark and prospective clients by understanding their needs and presenting how our team delivers value.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and forecasting.

  • Collaborate with internal project teams to align client needs with Trademarks service capabilities.

Qualifications:
  • 2-3+ years of construction-related sales experience preferred

  • Familiarity with commercial construction, drywall, framing, and insulation products is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with a wide range of clients.

  • Self-starter with a high level of motivation, professionalism, and organization.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in CRM tools, email, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

  • Must be able to travel frequently throughout the Eastern U.S. to meet with potential clients, existing customers, attend trades shows and events, etc.

  • Based in or near Buford, GA, with periodic in-office meetings.

Schedule:
  • Full-Time

  • Hybrid Role: Office (Buford, GA), On the Road (East Coast), and Home Office

  • MondayFriday, with flexibility based on client meetings and travel needs

Work Location:
  • Based in the Greater Atlanta / Buford, GA area

  • Travel required across US, mostly Eastern and Midwest

  • No work or travel required in California
