We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office or Remote Administrative Assistant to join our team. Key Objectives- Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple teams and managers.
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and document organization efficiently.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact internally and externally.
- Facilitate smooth office operations or remote workflows to maximize productivity.
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage appointments.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and event planning as needed.
- Support onboarding processes and team coordination efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
- Adapt to evolving priorities and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Comfortable working in either an office environment or remotely with reliable internet access.
