Apprenticeship - Childcare & Youth Development at YMCA of Greater Londonderry – Londonderry, New Hampshire

Join the The Granite YMCA Empowered Futures Apprenticeship Program and grow your future by creating a positive impact on your community!

This immersive paid 10 to 12 -week program offers hands-on learning, intentional training, and peer collaboration – all while working toward NH licensing credentials. Opportunities for development are provided across various settings, with the opportunity to work with a variety of age groups, from infants as young as 12 weeks to school-aged youth.

The Empowered Futures program is dedicated to tackling New Hampshire’s childcare shortage and strengthening the community by developing the next generation of early childhood and youth development professionals.

Schedule and Pay:

• Paid apprenticeship: $18 - $20hr
• Minimum of 32 hours/week, Monday – Friday, flexible hours between 7:00a – 6:00p
• Includes in-person placements and a blend of virtual/in-person trainings
• Now Enrolling for January 2026 and March 2026 start dates
