About the Role:

Release and date orders based on capacity, material availability to meet customer requests and improve OTD (On Time Delivery).

Tasks and duties

• Daily tasks include:
• Check SAP for new orders in the system
• Release and date orders daily based on material availability plus lead time
• Ability to use SAP for scheduled manufacturing dates or PO dates from Europe on material needs
• Request blocks to be removed by CSR
• Attend meetings when required
• Address any problems or complaints that may arise quickly and amicably
• Comply with all regulations, laws, policies, and ISO requirements
