Job Details

Receive donations at the donation trailer graciously and with a positive and enthusiastic presence.

Organize and place all donations in the appropriate gaylords and areas of the trailer while preserving the integrity and quality of the donation.

Provide encouraging and welcoming conversation to donors while receiving their donations and explaining our Corners of Your Field program and KARM donations.

Effectively tell the KARM Stores and KARM story while also explaining the mission and why we do what we do.

Properly issue receipts for donations, in a timely manner.

Use an iPad for taking in and keeping up with donations.

Lead and equip team by living out our Mission to Reveal, Tell & Provide as well as carrying out our Core Values of being Trustworthy, Team-Minded, and Teachable.

Skills & Requirements

Ability to write in legible, clear handwriting. Must have a commitment to KARM Stores’ mission and mission statement.

Computer skills to include general typing skills and web browsing capabilities.

Ability to interpret and follow a variety of instructions and goals provided in written or oral form

Stand – up to 100% of a standard work day.

Lifting and Bending – up to 75% of a standard work day.

Heavy physical activity. This position may require frequent strenuous activity. The ability to lift at least 50 pounds is essential for job performance.
