As an LPN at Lake Prince Woods, you’ll play a vital role in delivering quality, person‑centered care. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing skilled nursing care under the direction of the RN Supervisor or Director of Nursing
• Supporting residents with clinical needs while building genuine, meaningful relationships
• Maintaining compliance with all standards, regulations, and best practices
• Advocating for resident well‑being and contributing to a positive, supportive environment
• Collaborating with a dedicated team that shares your passion for exceptional care

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (LPN)
• Current Nursing License in good standing
• CPR certification
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience is a plus — but not required
