Facility: Sylva Valley Health & Rehab (Skilled Nursing Facility)

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN
Shifts: 7a–7p and 7p–7a

Sylva Valley Health & Rehab is hiring LPNs and RNs to strengthen our in-house team and reduce reliance on agency. If you want 12-hour shifts, consistent scheduling, and a supportive team, this is built for you.

• Weekend Baylor available (details discussed during interview)

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a SNF setting
  
• Administer medications and treatments per orders
  
• Assess, document, and communicate changes in condition
  
• Work closely with CNAs and the interdisciplinary team
  
• Maintain safe, respectful, resident-centered care
  

• Active LPN or RN license
  
• SNF/LTC experience preferred (we’ll train the right nurse)
  
• Dependability, teamwork, and strong clinical judgment
