Optical Engineering Manager - 668 at Quantinuum – Broomfield, Colorado

We are seeking a highly qualified Optics Engineering Manager in our Broomfield, CO Location. This role will oversee the design, fabrication, assembly, testing, and delivery of high-performance optical subsystems and assemblies. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team of optical engineers, technicians, and scientists, ensuring technical excellence, operational efficiency, and on-time delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both technical depth in optics and proven management skills.  As such, ideal candidates will boast a broad and deep understanding in one or more of classical or quantum optics, lasers, and integrated photonics.

Compensation & Benefits:

Incentive Eligible – Range posted is inclusive of bonus target when applicable

The pay range for this role is $170,000 – $185,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate's skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role.
