About the Role
As the Director of Demand - GCR, you will be the primary architect of adjoes advertiser growth in mainland China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. You are a strategic business owner responsible for the regional P&L and a critical bridge between the local market and our Global Product/HQ teams. You will ensure that adjoes unique rewarded solutions and programmatic offerings are localized and prioritized to dominate the GCR mobile ecosystem.
What you will do
  • High-Level Client Relationship Building: Act as the primary executive contact for adjoes most strategic partners. Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives at the top 100 gaming and non-gaming "whales" in GCR.
  • China Demand Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy tailored to the GCR ecosystem, focusing on the shifting UA landscape for export gaming and domestic apps.P&L & Operational Management: Full accountability for the GCR demand business P&L. Oversee daily sales operations, pipeline hygiene, and team KPIs to ensure aggressive revenue targets are met.
  • Product Roadmap & HQ Collaboration: Act as the "Voice of GCR" for the Product team. Identify local market needs and work closely with HQ in Germany to outline product priorities and roadmap enhancements.
  • Market Presence: Partner with the Marketing team to elevate adjoes brand through thought leadership, industry events (e.g., ChinaJoy), and executive networking.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and scale the GCR Demand Sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
Who you are
  • Experience: 10+ years in AdTech/Mobile UA, with a deep understanding of the GCR export market.
  • Leadership: 4+ years of experience in people management and managing complex P&L structures.
  • Relationship Mastery: Proven track record of building trust and closing deals with C-suite stakeholders at major mobile publishers.
  • Communication: Fluent in both Mandarin and English (essential for collaboration with global offices).
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate market trends into actionable product requirements and business growth.
