Patient Details:
Now hiring an attentive and compassionate RN or LPN to provide in-home care for a vibrant 13-year-old male with Down Syndrome.

The patient is ambulatory and verbal, with a love for swimming, boating, and spending time outdoors. He attends school regularly and thrives with caregivers who are interactive and supportive.

He has a mild respiratory condition and wears a pulse oximeter overnight for monitoring. During meals, he requires close supervision due to a choking risk.

Shifts Available:
• Overnights: Monday, Tuesday 7:00pm - 7:45am

Requirement:
• Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License
