Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM, with occasional Fridays as needed

Why This Role Matters
Our Production team plays a direct role in making sure products are made safely, efficiently, and to the high standards Synergy is known for. As a Production Assistant, you’ll help support core manufacturing and warehousing activities, keep equipment and work areas clean and ready, and assist with the flow of raw materials through production. In a role like this, consistency, safety, and attention to detail matter every day.
What You’ll Do
- Operate production equipment such as blenders, encapsulators, polishers, mills, and sieves
- Handle raw materials for sampling, weighing, milling, blending, and encapsulating
- Support proper storage, handling, monitoring, repackaging, and restocking of raw materials
- Assist Production Technicians with preventive maintenance, equipment setup, and changeovers
- Sanitize and clean production areas and associated machinery
- Perform warehousing tasks, including moving materials and pallets using pallet jacks and other equipment
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and all applicable cGMP standards
- Support other production-related tasks as assigned

What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED (or a combination of education and related experience)
- At least 1 year of directly related experience
- Basic math skills
- Understanding of safety requirements
- Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and initiative
- Basic computer/software proficiency
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English well enough to perform the job safely and effectively
- Must be able to pass a background check
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
This role requires standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods on hard surfaces. It also requires repeatedly lifting up to 35 kilograms and occasionally up to 75 kilograms, along with bending, reaching, opening cabinets, climbing stairs, and sometimes using a stool or ladder.
This position also requires wearing a respirator under OSHA medical and fit-test standards, which includes being clean shaven and passing respiratory testing arranged by the company. You’ll also need to work safely in a noisy production environment and wear required personal protective equipment.
