We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Facilities team in coordinating and overseeing facility-related projects across our organization. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
ResponsibilitiesProject & Contractor Coordination

Manage and coordinate third-party contractors engaged in facilities projects

Ensure contractors comply with company standards, policies, and safety regulations

Coordinate facility access to minimize disruption to daily clinic operations

Maintain accurate project files, documentation, and records
-
Organize meetings, schedules, and project timelines
-
Serve as a liaison between facilities staff, contractors, and internal departments
Project Management Support

Assist in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards

Track and prioritize work requests based on urgency and operational impact
-
Proactively identify potential risks and escalate concerns with proposed solutions
-
Provide regular status updates to leadership on ongoing projects
-
Maintain detailed documentation for reporting and future reference
General Support
-
Support the Facilities Coordinator with reactive ticket requests as needed
-
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements
-
Perform additional duties as requested by the Facilities Manager to support departmental goals
-
13 years of experience in project coordination, facilities, construction support, or administrative operations (preferred)
-
Strong organizational and time-management skills
-
Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-
Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits

Comfortable working with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in healthcare or multi-site operations is a plus
