Entry Level Production Associate at Reynolds Services Inc – Greenville, Pennsylvania

Production Associates assist with packaging, inspecting, and preparing metal materials for shipment while helping maintain production lines and quality standards. Team members play an important role in ensuring products meet customer specifications and leave the facility safely packaged and ready for delivery.

All new hires will begin as temporary employees through one of our staffing partners. Employees who demonstrate reliability, strong attendance, and good performance will have the opportunity to transition to permanent employment with Reynolds Services.

Responsibilities may include:

· Inspect finished materials for quality and damage

· Package and prepare materials for shipment

· Follow work instructions and production orders

· Assist with production line setup and operation

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment

· Complete required production or inspection reports

· Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production needs

Entry-level employees may start in roles such as packaging, bundling, or stacking operations.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred

· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to stand for extended periods

· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed

· Reliable and team-oriented

Work Environment:

· Manufacturing facility environment

· Required use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, and ear protection

Schedule:

· Full-time

· 1st Shift and 2nd Shift openings available
