This role offers a unique opportunity to bridge technical expertise with business impact by supporting both pre- and post-sales initiatives for enterprise customers. The Solution Architect will act as the subject matter expert for a market-leading intelligent incident management platform, helping organizations prepare, respond, and recover from incidents efficiently. You will engage closely with sales, product, and customer teams to uncover customer needs, run proofs of value, and ensure successful adoption. The position demands a mix of technical acumen, exceptional communication, and consultative skills to navigate complex enterprise environments. Working remotely in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will directly influence revenue generation and customer success. Your contributions will help large organizations improve operational resilience while shaping how they handle critical incidents.
Accountabilities:- Serve as the technical subject matter expert for the incident management platform, guiding prospective and existing customers through product capabilities.
- Support pre-sales activities by qualifying opportunities, uncovering customer pain points, and building compelling business cases.
- Lead Proof of Value (POV) and pilot implementations, ensuring customer objectives and success criteria are met.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize the platform, develop use cases, and create content for GTM efforts.
- Navigate complex organizational structures, engaging stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
- Support post-sale customer adoption by addressing technical questions and facilitating smooth transitions to implementation and training teams.
- Contribute to the evolution of the platform by providing feedback from customer interactions and identifying opportunities for product enhancements.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of customer-facing experience in enterprise SaaS sales, technical consulting, or incident response roles.
- Strong experience supporting large enterprise deals, preferably with Fortune 500 organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and personas.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving, highly organized, and able to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in cybersecurity or incident response environments strongly preferred.
- College degree or equivalent professional experience required.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
