About This Position

Position Title: National Sales Manager - Enterprise Systems

Location: Greenville, South Carolina

Why This Role

You will own RPO sales, lead full-cycle enterprise pursuits, and partner directly with executive and delivery leaders to design high-impact workforce solutions.

This is a true RPO sales leadership role—not general staffing sales.What You’ll Do
  • Win new enterprise RPO engagements through a consultative, discovery-driven sales approach
  • Prospect and build executive relationships with CHROs, VPs of HR, and senior business leaders
  • Lead complex, multi-step RPO sales cycles from target identification through contract execution
  • Design tailored RPO solutions aligned to hiring strategy, scale, and workforce transformation goals
  • Drive RFP / RFI responses and executive-level presentations
  • Lead pricing strategy and contract negotiations in partnership with internal leadership
  • Support RPO implementation handoff and remain engaged to drive expansion and retention
  • Identify opportunities to bundle complementary workforce and workplace strategy services
What We’re Looking For

Required
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience selling RPO or outsourced recruiting solutions
  • Demonstrated success closing complex, multi-stakeholder RPO deals
  • Executive-level selling experience (CHRO, VP of HR, senior leadership)
  • Strong consultative selling, discovery, and solution design capabilities
  • Experience managing full-cycle sales including pricing and contract negotiations
  • Proficiency using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
Highly Preferred
  • Proven background in large-scale or multi-location RPO implementations
  • Experience packaging RPO with broader workforce or HR solutions
