About This Position

Green Expert Technology Inc. (GreenXT) is seeking an Inventory/Warehouse Manager that will be part of a diverse, high-performing team that works closely with customers to deliver reliable, high-quality logistics support for government and military operations.
This role is responsible for leading warehouse and inventory control functions, ensuring accurate accountability of government property, and supporting mission readiness through effective supply and warehousing practices.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage supplies and oversee warehousing operations in support of government and military missions, including:
    • Receiving, inspecting, and shipping materials
    • Inventory control and management, including cycle counts and physical inventories
    • Maintaining the physical integrity and accountability of Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE)
  • Ensure accurate accountability of government property to support operational readiness and compliance requirements
  • Document and maintain records for inventory, receipts, shipments, and system transactions
  • Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, personnel activities, and inventory control processes
  • Coordinate closely with the Supply Manager, GFE Manager, and GFE Deputy Manager to communicate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping and receiving issues, and property concerns
  • Prepare assets for DLA Disposition Services (DLA-DS/DRMO) and process turn-ins of excess, obsolete, or unserviceable equipment
  • Utilize Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and/or government logistics systems to track, control, and report material movements
  • Participate in meetings as required to support logistics coordination and operational planning
  • Provide inventory and warehouse reporting as required by internal GreenXT management
  • Become a Certified Forklift Trainer within 30 days of hire and provide forklift training to employees as necessary
  • Use Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) to communicate logistics data, inventory status, and reports to internal teams and government leadership
  • Enforce warehouse safety, accountability, and inventory control best practices
Required Skills:
  • Active DoD Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or warehouse management within a government or military environment, or a high school diploma with 8–10 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience with government property accountability and environmental stewardship requirements
  • Experience preparing assets for DLA Disposition Services (DLA-DS/DRMO) and equipment turn-in processes
  • Proficiency with Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and/or government logistics databases
  • Working knowledge of logistics documentation, including DD and DA forms, and their functions
  • Proficiency with standard computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted
Desired Skills:
  • Commercial or industrial forklift experience
  • Experience with IUID and/or RFID inventory tracking systems
  • Familiarity with preparing large pallets and crates for CONUS and OCONUS shipments
  • Basic knowledge of HAZMAT handling requirements and procedures, or the ability to obtain required training
