Are you ready to be the behind-the-scenes superstar of our Business Transient (BT) Sales team? As our BT Sales Coordinator, youll be the master organizer and communication champion, keeping everything running smoother than a fresh cup of morning coffee! From dazzling our clients with quick, friendly responses to supporting accounts with proactive, energetic service, youll help create unforgettable experiences for every business traveler. KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • File Fanatic: Stay organized like a pro by expertly managing sales files, contracts, and lead logskeeping our proposals, site visit kits, and paperwork flowing smoothly across every department!
  • Communication Champion: Be the linchpin for BT clients, Sales Managers, and teammatesdelivering clear, friendly updates in person, on the phone, and in writing. Whether youre juggling inquiries or taking meeting minutes, youll help keep our team synced and our strategies sharp!
  • Guest Experience Guru: Wow our business travelers and corporate guests with top-notch service! From coordinating VIP arrivals to arranging in-room treats, youll make every BT stay seamless, memorable, and a reason to come back.
  • BT Account Ace: Jump into action supporting our Top 100 BT accounts, diving into production reviews, local outreach, and new business prospecting using Agency360, ZoomInfo, and market insights. Team up with GSOs and help our BT revenue soar!
  • Reporting Rockstar: Review arrival and reservation reports, audit rates, and ensure our negotiated accounts get prime visibility. Share your insights with sales leadership to help shape pricing and production strategiesand celebrate every win along the way!

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or business preferred.
  • Hotel or business travel sales experience preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; FSPMS, SalesPro Enterprise, and Agency360 experience a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure while remaining professional and composed.
  • Must be able to work onsite with flexible availability including weekends/holidays as business demands.

PROPERTY INFORMATION:

The Atlanta Marriott Alpharetta is located north of Atlanta city center, 4 miles from North Point Mall. It has an on-site Starbucks, and offers spacious air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TVs. All guest rooms include a work desk and a seating area. Guest will also have a satellite TV, a coffee-making facilities, and an iPod docking station. Guests can enjoy steaks, seafood and sandwiches at 19 North. The Atlanta Marriott Alpharetta features a lobby bar and a market.
