You will work across multiple searches simultaneously, balancing speed and precision to deliver exceptional candidates. With access to structured onboarding, advanced recruitment tooling, and weekly strategic alignment sessions, you will operate independently while staying closely connected to a supportive team. Accountabilities:

Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and headhunting IT professionals to final hire confirmation.
Proactively identify and engage both active and passive technical candidates across platforms such as LinkedIn and professional databases.
Conduct thorough screening calls to evaluate technical expertise, tech stack alignment, soft skills, English proficiency, and availability requirements.
Manage and maintain an organized, up-to-date recruitment pipeline using the provided tracking platform.
Coordinate technical assessments and interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Deliver timely, professional feedback to candidates while ensuring a strong and consistent candidate experience.

Requirements:
