HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT
As a Pricing Specialist, youll play a vital role in advancing our mission. In this position, youll be responsible for maintaining accurate customer pricing, developing and managing master pricing files, responding to customer pricing verifications, and monitoring Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) and Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) membership activity. This role ensures pricing integrity across systems and supports timely, accurate customer activation and billing.

WHAT YOULL DO
- Pricing Maintenance and Verification: Maintains and updates price lists, including the addition of new products. Responds to customer pricing verification requests to ensure accuracy and timely resolution. Works collaboratively with Accounts Receivable and Strategic Services teams to gather and validate required pricing and contract information.
- GPO Portal: Processes Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) pricing tier requests to ensure timely and accurate customer activation within LifeNet Healths SAP system.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports within the LifeNet Health contract management system as needed. Assists in tracking GPO tiered pricing agreements for periodic pricing and product updates. Performs ad hoc pricing analysis as directed.
- Price Changes: Calculates annual pricing adjustments based on contract terms, records updated pricing in LifeNet Health systems to ensure accurate customer invoicing, and issues required customer notifications in accordance with contract requirements.
WHAT YOULL BRING
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
Preferred Experience/Skills/Certifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Economics, Finance/Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- One (1) year of experience maintaining customer price lists.
- One (1) year of experience with an ERP or CLM System.
- Adobe Acrobat: Ability to edit and format documents.

- Data Management: Demonstrates strong data management skills and proficiency in analyzing data.
- Attention to Detail: Able to perform tasks thoroughly and with care; checks work to ensure high degree of accuracy/completeness and early/on-time delivery.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate and build relations with all professionals at different levels within the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Suite.

COMPENSATION
Salary Range: $20.36 - $27.15 hourly
Final compensation will be based on factors such as geographic location, qualifications, and prior relevant experience. The pay range for this position is $20.36 hourly (entry level qualifications) to $27.15 hourly (experienced in this role). Actual compensation may be higher based on the successful candidates knowledge and relevant experience.
