We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the Director of Marketing position, joining our Nottingham, PA team on-site!
- SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday approximately 40+ hours a week

Job Summary:
The Marketing Director is responsible for leading the product development and marketing activities of product portfolios as well as supporting the development and execution of key brand campaigns. Responsible to lead a team that is focused on product development and execution as well as the management of the day-to-day logistics of all key brand programs. This position plays a key role in the creation of the brand's strategic choices and vision, product, and commercial innovations. Collaborating with multi-function teams and agency partners, the Marketing Director will lead the development and implementation of specific marketing tactics. Programs and product lines will be built on consumer, shopper, and customer insights to deliver overall business objectives and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Development & Execution:
- Oversee the development and innovation direction of all product segments.
- Integrate product segment strategies and new item launches across channels in the sizes and configurations needed to be successful.
- Cross functional collaboration with all sales channels to understand the needs of the channel and address product opportunities appropriately.
- Development and management of product objectives, strategies, and plans to facilitate Herrs growth and achieves company targets. This will include a strong contribution to / and ownership of key parts of the overall Annual Marketing Plan and first of a kind projects.
- Oversee projects to include, but are not limited to; consumer trends, product innovation, pricing recommendations, channel placement of new items, communication program / promotions development and recommendations to improve the line.
- Support product and commercial expansion with recommendations and involvement with communication direction and activations support. With VP, oversee compelling consumer propositions delivered through holistic, insightful, and cost-effective communication.
- Manage relationships and product roadmaps with partner brands to enable long term growth.
- Optimize product lines and total portfolios to enhance consumer interest as well as profitability. Projects may include product changes, pricing changes, product size revisions and package change recommendations.
- Assist selling efforts of portfolio initiatives with sales communication, updates, and feedback solicitation on major programs.
Campaign Development/Execution
- Partner with the Agency and VP to develop brand strategy and key campaigns that support Herrs growth.
- Lead the execution of major brand and product campaigns to ensure ontime delivery, consistent brand standards, and achievement of defined KPIs.
Reporting/Analysis:
- Create reports to enhance forecasting and results driven outcomes. Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and others to generate accurate volume forecasts. Deliver results against agreed to targets for the product segment P&Ls focusing on net sales and operating income.
- Guide consumer and shopper insight development.
- Lead the creation of analysis and research projects that support the most powerful product ideas moving forward.
- Determine the most profitable ongoing items for continued support while pairing back inefficient offerings through SKU optimization initiatives.
Supervising Employees
- Manages a small team of Product Managers and Assistant Product Managers.
- Ensures team is structured to deliver superior product thinking and project execution across the portfolio.
- Leads and positively influences employees towards maximum goal and KPI achievement and employees best performance.
- Maps, monitors, and develops the team capabilities for the short (0-3 months), Mid (3-24 months) and long term (5 year) horizons.
- Maintains and oversees team results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Follows up with team members to drive accountability for action steps and timing to deliver events as needed.
- Monitors and oversees staff performance on critical key performance indicators, holding team accountable for optimal service to both internal and external customers.
- Demonstrates and fosters a positive work environment consistent with company values and 5Cs.
