Compensation Package:

  • $18.50/Hour - $22.50/Hour
  • Unit Offered: 5240 Old Redwood Hwy, Santa Rosa, CA 95403
  • Unit Description: 2 Bed 1 Bath Apartment
  • Move-in date: within 2 weeks of hiring
  • Rent for the Unit: $1,200 per month + utilities

Pay Frequency: Biweekly

Position Hours: Part-time 10-20 hours/week; Schedule will include Saturdays and on-call availability

FLSA: Non-Exempt


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Rental Activities
    • Keep vacant units clean
    • Answer phones
    • Issue (post) notices to tenants when necessary and receive, distribute & file notices received
    • Conduct move-in/move-out inspections
    • Document and recommend necessary repair work and organizing any vender work to be performed. Monitoring such work as it is being performed
    • Order locks to be changed/change codes after move-outs (in-between tenants)
  • Administration
    • Maintain/secure keys & remotes
    • Prepare and orchestrate various inspections
      • Annual safety inspections of each unit with Property Manager
      • Work with various municipal (fire, water, insurance) inspections
    • Enforcement of apartment rules
    • Maintain registry of tenants, vehicles, assigned keys & gate remotes
    • Maintain & file monthly expenses reports and receipts
    • Create supply and equipment manifest
      • Order and/or reorder of supplies for maintaining the complex
  • Maintenance
    • Straighten up and remove trash from common areas
    • Call vendors for plumbing, electrical, gas issues and report to PM within 24 hours of such occurrences
    • Keep entry and common areas free of debris and clutter
    • Return garbage, recycling, and compost containers to respective locations after pickup days and keep area clean and organized
    • Replace broken and burnt lightbulbs in all common areas

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Onsite Manager will be required to attend any training by PURE HomeRiver, including but not limited to Fair Housing courses
  • Selected applicants will need to qualify for $1,500.00/mo rent and undergo regular tenant screening
  • 1-2 years prior property management or leasing experience
  • Strong Administrative, communication and organization skills required
