The Faricy Boys Ford is hiring an Automotive Sales Representative. The ideal candidate would have prior sales experience even if it is not in the automotive field. • Greet and assist customers in a timely manner when entering the property
• Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication
• Spend time with customers to determine their needs and then providing options
• Follow up with prospective customers and return calls, texts & emails.
• Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat business and referrals
• Be able to maintain above average CSI scores.

Job Requirements for Automotive Sales Representative:

• High School Diploma
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Successfully pass background test and drug screen.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Current or Previous Auto Sales experience preferred but not required.
