As a key driver in our analytical team, you'll play a vital role in interpreting complex datasets that influence public behavioral health and healthcare research. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of life for individuals by helping formulate strategies based on data analysis. Accountabilities- Apply knowledge in modern data management and analytical technologies to manage, visualize, and analyze various datasets.
- Support the stewardship and analysis of government data focused on public health and behavioral health.
- Provide support across the data lifecycle including data intake, storage, synthesis, automation, and analytical development.
- Collaborate with team members to lead development and implementation of QA/QC protocols for coding and data projects.
- Bachelor degree + 5 years experience, Master degree + 3 years experience, PhD + 0 years experience.
- Experience in a data-focused field, preferably with degrees in informatics, statistics, public health, or related areas.
- Ability to obtain and maintain public trust access for information systems.
- Strong skills in statistical, data analytics, and data management languages: R, Python, SAS, and SQL.
- Skill in version control software (git) and development of best practices.
- Critical thinker with strong communication skills and commitment to continued skill development.
- Ability to handle tasks such as digitizing forms, automating workflows, and building dashboards.
