Role Overview:
As a CorporateTrainer, you are the catalyst that turns potential into performance. You will build confident, capable, and results-driven team members by creating learning experiences that directly translate to measurable success on the floor. You don’t just teach people what to do — you shape how they perform.
This role is for a high-energy educator, coach, and leader who thrives in front of a room, embraces innovation, and believes accountability and support can coexist. You will partner with leadership, Quality, and Operations to elevate skill, reinforce standards, and create a culture where people improve every single day.

Requirements:What You’ll Drive:
Performance Development
- Deliver engaging, high-impact onboarding that prepares employees to represent global brands with excellence
- Coach employees from knowledge ? confidence ? consistent performance
- Bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world application
- Provide structured transition support from training to production floor
- Conduct ongoing skill-building workshops and performance refreshers
- Mentor and support new hires during their early performance stages
Coaching & Continuous Improvement
- Listen to calls and provide actionable, performance-focused coaching
- Partner with leaders to identify skill gaps and build targeted development plans
- Reinforce behaviors that improve results, quality, and customer experience
- Motivate and influence teams to pursue aggressive goals and achieve them
- Deliver feedback that is clear, supportive, and accountability-driven
- Improve retention by building confidence and competence early
Program Design & Innovation
- Design and evolve training programs aligned with operational goals
- Develop engaging materials, activities, and learning tools
- Implement new training methods that increase engagement and performance
- Measure effectiveness of training and adjust based on performance outcomes
- Maintain and update curriculum, documentation, and learning resources
Operational Partnership
- Collaborate with Operations and Quality to align expectations and standards
- Support All-Hands events as a roaming supervisor and floor resource
- Provide performance reports and training insights to leadership
- Ensure compliance, process adherence, and quality expectations are understood and executed
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- 2–4 years of training or coaching experience (sales or performance environment preferred)
- Strong public speaking and facilitation presence
- Natural motivator who can influence behavior, not just deliver information
- Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills
- Comfortable giving both encouragement and accountability
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Leadership Responsibility
- Direct supervision and development of new hires during training
- Role model for professionalism, performance standards, and culture
Physical & Work Environment
This is a highly interactive role requiring energy, movement, and engagement:
- Standing and presenting for extended periods
- Moving throughout classroom and production floor
- Computer usage for documentation and reporting
- Lifting training materials (up to 10 lbs)
