Libertyville Honda, a proud member of the Murgado Automotive Group, is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Automotive General Manager to lead our dealership to new heights. - Oversee Day-to-Day Operations Manage and optimize all dealership operations, from sales and service to customer relations and financial performance.
- Team Leadership Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team committed to exceptional customer service.
- Drive Sales & Profitability Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to Honda and the Murgado Automotive Group.
- Operational Excellence Monitor and analyze performance metrics, budgets, and sales targets to maintain peak operational efficiency.
- Community Engagement Represent the dealership in the Libertyville community, building strong local partnerships.
