Zone lead at New Cibo Vita LLC – Totowa, New Jersey

The Zone Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the assigned zone, ensuring productivity targets, quality standards, and safety procedures are consistently met. This role requires a strong, dominant personality with excellent leadership skills to manage teams effectively and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities within the assigned zone
Lead, motivate, and monitor team members to meet production goals
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality control procedures
Monitor workflow, productivity, and performance metrics
Prepare and maintain accurate reports using MS Office programs
Communicate effectively with management and other departments
Handle problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced environments
Be available and ready to work overtime (OT) when required

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required

Requirements:
Proven leadership or supervisory ( 2+ years preferred in manufacturing or food industry)
Strong personality with the ability to manage teams effectively
Excellent communication and organizational skills
MS Office (word, excel)
Strong computer skills
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail
