* Maintain a **visible and professional armed security presence**
* Conduct **foot and/or vehicle patrols*
* of assigned property
* Monitor and respond to **security incidents, alarms, and suspicious activity**
* Enforce **site policies and safety procedures**
* Complete **daily activity reports and incident documentation**
* Provide **excellent customer service*
* while maintaining security protocols
* Respond to emergencies and coordinate with **law enforcement when required**

### Requirements
* **Active North Carolina Armed Security Registration (PPSB)*
* preferred
* Must be **21 years of age or older**
* **High school diploma or GED**
* Ability to **legally carry and operate a duty firearm**
* **Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills**
* Professional appearance and communication skills
* Ability to **stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods**
* **Reliable transportation**
* Must pass **background checks and drug screening**

* Prior **armed security, law enforcement, or military experience**
* Experience writing **clear and detailed incident reports**
* Strong **de-escalation and conflict management skills**
