Order Fulfillment Specialist
Eldon C. Stutsman, Inc. is hiring an Order Fulfillment Specialist for our Wholesale Hose and Valve warehouse located in Hills, Iowa.

About the Job
As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving hose and valve products while maintaining warehouse and inventory organization.
As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving hose and valve products while maintaining warehouse and inventory organization.
Responsibilities
- General warehouse labor and customer order fulfillment
- Ship goods per truck freight
- Ship goods per UPS/Spee Dee delivery
- Receive incoming shipments of hose products for inventory
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Warehouse inventory control
- Spends time on priority projects and tasks - ability to distinguish between the truly important and the merely urgent
- Builds and maintains a network of contacts useful in achieving work-related goals
- Meets goals and deadlines, honest in all dealings
- Solves problems quickly by looking beyond the obvious and not stopping at the first answer
- Presents ideas effectively in formal and informal situations, conveys thoughts clearly and concisely, actively listens and asks good questions
- Identifies and responds quickly to all customer needs
- Works to assure continuous improvement
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- The ability to safely operate a forklift
- Ambition, strong work ethic, and the willingness to learn
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
- Professional communication skills
- Mid-level computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to understand all required onsite training
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen, background investigation and lift assessment
