About This Position
Salary Range:$28.55 To $28.55 Hourly
Monday - Friday 2PM - 10:30PM
Position Summary:
Performs all duties in an efficient manner to ensure all products are manufactured to meet customer needs. Follows all procedures as applicable. Promotes a safe work environment. Compounds batches of gel coat, putty, and colorants and packages for shipment.
Major Areas of Accountability:
Essential Functions:
- Must be capable of comprehending and demonstrating work instructions and procedures
- Accurately weighs and charges chemical additives
- Transfers base resins from containers or bulk storage to production vessels
- Safely operates equipment to compound gel coats, colorants, and puttys in accordance with work instructions
- Packages finished goods into containers
- Performs housekeeping as assigned
- Must be able to work independently or in a team setting
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Punctuality and regularity of attendance are job requirements
Required:
- High school education
- Must be capable of operating a forklift
- Must be organized
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
