Overview:

The Master Scheduler, Sr supports the Dept of the Treasury Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) in safeguarding the financial system from illicit activity, counter money laundering and the financing of terrorism, and promoting national security through the strategic use of financial authorities and the collection, analysis, and dissemination of financial intelligence.

Responsibilities:

· Responsibilities include utilizing Microsoft Project synchronized with Project Web Application (PWA), adhering to FinCEN policy.

· Actively participate in program meetings, gather schedule inputs from product offices and functional leads, and present schedule products to stakeholders.

· Independently lead the development and maintenance of complex IMS schedules for FinCEN programs.

· Provide expert analysis of the critical path, identify schedule risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.

· Responsible for ensuring schedule data accuracy and consistency, and for presenting schedule information to FinCEN leadership in support of key decision-making processes, including Acquisition Strategies and Program Baseline development.

Qualifications:

Required:

· Bachelor's Degree with seven (7) years of related experience. OR

· Proficient in scheduling methodologies applicable to government acquisition programs, with experience in either traditional or agile development/acquisition approaches.

· Secret Clearance

Preferred:

· Business degree or a related field

· PMI-SP
