Tree Worker - Groundsman/Climbing Arborist at Russell Landscape – Atlanta, Georgia

Responsibilities:

· Show up on time and follow instructions reliably.

· Be ready and willing to be trained in all aspects of tree work, including safe tree climbing and aerial lift operation.

· Consistently use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and encourage proper use among team members.

· Learn and perform ground-based tree work tasks while progressing toward climbing and aerial lift responsibilities.

Requirements:

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

· Strong commitment to safety and a willingness to learn.

· Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

· Physical ability to perform demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
