  • Uphold and evolve brand standards across typography, illustration, imagery, and visual systems
  • Prepare production-ready files with accuracy, including bleeds, dielines, color profiles, typography standards, and layout consistency
  • Adapt product artwork across formats for e-commerce, retail, partnerships, and events
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines
  • Organize and prepare files for print and manufacturing partners
  • Proactively communicate timelines, project needs, and design considerations to ensure efficient workflow
  • Contribute creative ideas and collaborate with the broader creative team to strengthen overall product storytelling
  • Support and mentor junior designers when needed by sharing knowledge around production processes, brand standards, and design best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of professional graphic design experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating product design, layout systems, typography, and pattern or surface design
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Solid understanding of print production, file preparation, and manufacturing processes
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to receive feedback thoughtfully and iterate quickly
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing for consumer products, stationery, lifestyle, or retail brands
  • Experience creating repeat patterns or surface graphics
  • Familiarity with Figma or other digital design tools
  • Experience proofing/being hands-on with product reviews
  • Experience working within structured brand systems or guidelines

  • You’re comfortable balancing creative thinking with production precision
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative creative environment
  • You are excited to contribute to a product-focused creative team and grow your impact as a designer
