As a Senior Security Architect, you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of security solutions across multi-cloud environments, ensuring robust protection for critical systems, data, and AI-driven processes. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, IT, Legal, and business teams to align security initiatives with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. This position emphasizes automation, advanced threat mitigation, and proactive governance, giving you the chance to influence both technical strategy and operational excellence. Ideal candidates bring deep expertise in information security, risk management, and cloud architectures, coupled with strong communication and leadership skills. Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive security architecture framework supporting AI integration, multi-cloud infrastructure, and enterprise systems.
Lead development and automation of security processes to reduce manual intervention and enhance operational efficiency.
Define security standards for CI/CD pipelines, SaaS tools, and multi-cloud deployments with globally consistent controls.
Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests, developing remediation plans and reporting to leadership.
Collaborate with IT, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams during audits and regulatory reviews.
Develop and maintain the Security Architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
Evaluate emerging security technologies, trends, and threats to strengthen the organization’s security posture.
Contribute to incident response exercises, documentation, and training programs to enhance organizational resilience.
Requirements:
11+ years of experience in Information Security and/or Security Architecture.
Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity domains, including asset management, data protection, access controls, network security, and disaster recovery.
Hands-on experience implementing security services and tools across multiple technology domains.
Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as CIS, NIST, and ITIL.
Professional certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, or technical certifications such as PenTest+, CYSA+, CEH.
Proven ability to communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including detailed reporting for audits and external requests.
Experience designing security for AI systems, multi-cloud environments, and automation-driven processes.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
