Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team. This role is integral to supporting our healthcare providers and ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our patients. The Medical Assistant will perform a variety of clinical and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and patient confidentiality.
Position Highlights:
  • Schedule - First shift, Monday-Friday
  • No weekends or holidays

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exemplary patient care by greeting and assisting patients upon arrival, ensuring their comfort and addressing any concerns
  • Assist in the turnover of procedure rooms and obtain patient consents as needed
  • Monitor post-procedural patients under the guidance of a Registered Nurse
  • Complete patient office visits by updating H&P, ROS, med lists, etc.
  • Support front desk operations by scheduling patients, checking patients in and out, chart preparation, etc.
  • Administer treatments, perform wound care, and other clinical tasks as instructed by healthcare providers
  • Disinfect equipment, instruments, and rooms in accordance with established policies
